INGREDIENTS

Chrysanthemum · Ju Hua : An emblematic flower in TCM, consumed as an infusion for over 2000 years in China. It is known for soothing tensions, relieving tired eyes, and naturally relaxing the mind.

Goji berries · Gou Qi Zi : Naturally rich in natural antioxidants, they nourish the body and support the quality of rest.

Cassia seeds · Jue Ming Zi : They promote letting go and prepare the body for a gentle transition to serene rest.

Orange : It balances the flavors for a pleasant tasting experience while promoting a serene transition to night.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The box contains 10 sachets. Infuse one sachet in 1 L of water at 90-100°C for 7 to 10 minutes. Enjoy hot, plain, or with honey throughout the day.
